Sofia oversees floral direction across the Miami studio, setting the standards for freshness, palette and proportion that define every My Peonika arrangement. She works directly with growers in the Netherlands, Kenya and Colombia to secure peonies at peak season — the relationships that let the studio promise them year-round, not just in spring.
Her design approach is quiet and structural: let one flower lead, give it room, never crowd a composition to look expensive. It’s what she teaches every florist who joins, and the reason she reviews each wedding proposal and seasonal collection before it reaches a client.
