You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the desired flower arrangement, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Also, you can do it via phone call or DM in Instagram. Alternatively, you can visit our physical store during business hours and our friendly staff will assist you with your order.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer secure online payment options such as PayPal / Venmo and Apple Pay for your convenience.

Yes, we do! Every Monday we run a “bouquet of the day” promotion and that usually means 20-30% off the regular price for those bouquets. Promotion is valid while the stock lasts and always announced on our Instagram stories. With that being said, please make sure to follow us on Instagram @mypeonikamia & @mypeonikanyc to stay tuned. 

Yes, we offer same-day flower delivery if flowers are in stock 

Please note that a delivery fee increase may apply around certain holidays.

Same Day delivery: If you order before 11:00 am in the recipient’s time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Sunday after 4 pm.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special note box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized message with your order (Order Notes). We will make sure to include it with the flowers when they are delivered.

All sales at My Peonika Flower Shop are final.

We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to mypeonikaorders@gmail.com.

Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by My Peonika Flower Shop.

Can I request specific flowers for my arrangement?

Yes, we offer customizable options for size and color on certain flower arrangements. When selecting a product, you may find additional choices for size and color if available. However, please note that not all arrangements can be customized. Feel free to contact us for further assistance.

Certainly! While we strive to offer a wide variety of flowers, there may be certain seasonal or rare flowers that are not listed on our website. Please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our flower shop is open from 9am to 7pm every day of the week except Sunday 9am-5pm. However, we may have extended hours during special occasions such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. And Hours may vary during other holidays.
